Our salesperson, Jeanny, was wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match her professionalism. Other associates made us feel suspiciously watched, which made the visit uncomfortable. When we returned to approve a stone, our choices were repeatedly questioned by another salesperson, creating the impression that our decisions weren’t respected. We followed up on the promised completion date via phone to check if it would be ready at the stated time and were told the work was on track. However, once that time passed and we went in, the item still wasn’t ready. That caused an extra trip to pick it up which was inconvenient, as they should have just notified us. While we appreciated Jeanny’s service and the set is beautiful, the overall experience left us disappointed.
