  Mike was absolutely amazing!! He did great at making the somewhat stressful and anxious task of engagement ring shopping fun again. Other stores in Overland Park make you feel bad about pulling from the case to try stuff on and we were even told another stores that we couldn’t take pictures of rings. Mike let us know at the beginning that he would have me try on stuff that I may not exactly go for simply to try on styles and I appreciate it so much. If you want to feel heard and understood when shopping for your engagement ring as well as have a hype man when you try rings on, request Mike hands down!!!

  We could not be happier with our whole experience!!! From my right hand ring, to my engagement ring, earrings, and his wedding band, the entire staff was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

  I had the most amazing experience trading up my old diamonds for brand new jewelry! Abby was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I cannot wait to wear my new rink stack! I highly recommend Shane Co and this Overland Park location.

  I am very disappointed in this place and won't come back. The second I walk in the door there was already a guy in my face, to be fair he was helpful, I said I wanted a lab grown diamond and a plain design and my budget and he came out with a bunch of options, I really respect that he looked for me, but none of these options were remotely close to what I described, this isn't the bad part. I have a budget, I stated very clearly I dont do debt, why do you continue to push the credit card and financing options on me after I clearly state I don't do debt, this made me so upset I will never even come close to this money hungry company again, they want to rip your face off. Anyone who does debt for a ring is a sucker, and if you go in wanted to do a ring in cash, stick to that. Don't be a weak coward, and let them know, and if they continue to push it , just walk out. There are 20 other stores that will treat you better in a 2 mile radius. Proverbs 22:7 (The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is slave to the lender). Do not make your self a slave to a greedy sales person. These people will do everything to take everything you have, and do it with a smile on their face, don't be decieved they aren't your friend, they make money off of you.

  Two nights ago, I lost a cross necklace that I had worn for years. Luckily, the team at Shane Co, especially Abby, was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find a new cross necklace that I loved, checking the back multiple times to see if they had it in white gold or silver. On top of that, I had a hard time getting my old necklace off, and she was so patient and helpful throughout the process. When it came down to choosing between two options, Abby was honest and gave her genuine input, which I really appreciated. I went in just planning to replace a necklace but ended up walking out with both a new necklace and a bracelet, and more importantly, a real sense of family and care from the people there. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future to buy more jewelry and to get pieces engraved to match my grandparents’ handwriting who have passed away. Abby truly made the experience special.
