- SSStefanieFeb 18, 20261.0I just witnessed the most disturbing interaction with two employees at the Chanel fragrance counter. An older lady was very unprofessional and foul talking to a younger employee that was asking for help. Not only could I not believe what was being said to her but that it was literally in public with customers observing. Not a good look for Nordstrom as a whole. Please do better with your employee choices.

- MMMelissa Merritt-MenesesJan 25, 20261.0My cousins and I went bra shopping and wanted to try on skims and a bra specialist helped us, I think her name was Jennifer if I’m not mistaken. She seemed nice at the start but we only needed help getting sized and finding a particular size, but she placed us in a fitting room. She asked who needed to be sized and automatically assumed that my cousin (which was on the curvier side) was not getting a bra, which was wrong. So she measured my cousins and they tried on the bras in front of her which was uncomfortable for them. Jennifer then proceeded to ask for consent to touch my cousins to adjust the bra, but she then scooped her whole breast up multiple times. It was very uncomfortable because my cousins don’t speak English very well or at all, and one cousin was a minor. When they weren’t able to find a bra they liked we thanked Jennifer and said that we were doing some more shopping at Victoria’s Secret because they had a Christmas sale going on, Jennifer then proceeded to be very rude and snarky, basically saying that we wasted her time and that we aren’t going to find as good of service anywhere else and that we basically made her lose out on money. It was very upsetting to hear because we only asked her to measure the girls and if they had a size for them. Not anything else. Overall I’m just disappointed because she seemed like her service would be good but that encounter was just uncomfortable and unnecessary.
