Installation and maintenance shop is clean and professional (not sure in the best neighborhood) over all it's the best interlock company I've worked with. The customer service will later you forever to get someone on the phone but other than that not too bad.
- JMJessieMay MillerFeb 28, 20244.0It was good but the device is faulty and i have to wait 2 days to get another device and had to tow my car back to the place it was put on at (all in the same day) They said they only install there so there is nothing they could do. I got about 7 minutes away and was stuck. As well as false positives from the faulty device and yes Camera was installed and on over seeing. Not the shops fault but still.

It is the winter time and I just had my interlock device installed and now my car will not start. I have looked at google results saying that the cold temperature may have an adverse affect on push to start vehicle’s during the winter. If your product prohibits my vehicle from properly functioning then raise the standards of your product!!!! I had no such problem starting my vehicle before installation and temperatures were just as low. Now my battery is probably drained and I will have to take it to a shop.
