    Terrible service from Marah a “manager” on a jewelry repair December 26th. Going into this my husband and I both knew it might not be possible to have the piece sized down, however we still wanted to try considering he had gotten the lifetime warranty that has repair apart of the contract. The first lady trying to help could not pull up our warranty but helped with trying to get a good size. She had called over Marah to pull up our order and from the start she was very short, snippy, and condescending. She did not try and help size the bracelet on my wrist, just pulled up our information on the register and talked with the associate. She looked at my wrist and told me it might not be possible due to specific bracelet. We told her it was okay and we still wanted to see. I was trying to still figure out the size I wanted (by myself) while she explains she can send the piece off to the jeweler and when they receive it is when they can decide if they will do it or not… She said that can take 2 weeks, if they said yes then it can take up to another 4 weeks for completion. My husband and I were then left for about 5 minutes while she walked off with the other associate not let us know she was stepping away. I had still not decided fully on the size and still had questions about the bracelet. She finally walked back over to us with a receipt and was explaining the process again? She explains she rang it all up and would give us a call in about 2 weeks letting us know if it can be done. I stopped her and had her change the size since I wasn’t even sure and was confused if the numbers she had was going to be even with this specific bracelet colors. I pointed out it would not be even and asked her if that was a correct theory, she just scribbled the number on the receipt with a pen and rewrote the new number not saying a word to my question. We left after that because the interaction was clearly not there. We did not receive a call in January about any update, if they can do or if they did do it. On my receipt it did give an estimate date of completion being January 30th. I assumed with no phone call the whole month, the jeweler must have taken the bracelet and made it shorter. Fast forward its now February 5th I finally just call them and a Cheryl answers, I explain i haven’t received anything since drop off date. She tells me “it’s funny you called, i’ve gone through inventory and it was in a receiving box” She explained she thought it was weird since they “normally don’t send tennis bracelets off to be shortened”. I told her they were going to call to let me know if the service was able, but clearly did not. She apologized saying it was in that receiving box, but will send it off tomorrow. I at first agreed but later called back to stop this service because it can take up to another month and i’m already displeased with the communication to begin with. This service in itself was not helpful and needs to be fixed. There is more to the story and i’m gladly taking Marahs name to a higher up as well as filing a complaint of ideology discrimination.

    The service in the jewelry dept is absolutely terrible the manager must not care for her job. I took a bracelet in to get resized on December 26th and the manager said that she would send it off to get resized and that they would call when they send it off, well flash forward to today February 5th they haven't sent it off it was sitting in the back and they forgot about it. If i could i would give it a ***NEGATIVE*** 5 star

    11 am? What normal functioning business opens at 11 am almost half the day is gone, no wonder this place is going out of business, they can’t even keep the doors open for normal business hours

    Sale item rang up full price rather than 70% off and cashier refused to check for the sale price. Their was no line or rush and there were other workers and cashiers behind the counter who could have assisted and helped the cashier if they simply didn't know what to do. Ended up buying a similar item from Amazon when I wanted to shop locally. Never had an experience like that. I'll be back but not in that cashiers line.
