    If you are looking to buy Birkenstocks, do not go to this location. For some reason, they only have the left shoe of all of the Birkenstocks on the floor, so you are forced to ask an associate for help. At which point, I assume they would either help you with your size, or in my case I was told that the right shoe was up at the register and would be given to me when I checked out. When I did this, the associate opened up the cabinet behind the register and removed three shoes for me to choose from. This cabinet had dozens of Birkenstocks stacked on top of each other and stuffed into the small cabinet space. I was then asked to choose between the three options, which one I wanted as my right shoe. One of the three pairs wasn’t even the right color and was a very darker shade of brown, the other two pairs were covered in scratches from, I assume, being stuffed and stacked on top of each other in a cabinet. This particular Birkenstock was $170 so to have to choose from a pile of super scratched up random shoes that look like they’ve already been worn for months, is not ideal to me and really frustrating. Other DSW locations do not do this. So if you want your almost $170 shoes to look new when you buy them new, I would recommend going somewhere else or figuring out your sizing in person and ordering online. I assume the reasoning for this has something to do with theft, but I’m not sure. I ended up returning them and will be ordering online.

    Great organization and selection of shoes here! I always love shopping in here because of that! I was shocked that the person at the cashier had 0 to say when I walked up. A self checkout would have been more helpful. It's not only good work ethic to greet someone, but just normal decency.
