- LMLauren McCarthyJan 2, 20261.0AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!! Worst Customer Service! Not one speaks English. Company charges fees for everything without informing why. They don’t do refunds without you filing an incident claim and it being approved, including when their device malfunctions or if a service center is closed and they charge you an $80 fee for “missed appointment”. They lock you out of their client portal if you have an unpaid balance, which has your appointment date and lockout date on it. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

What do I need to bring to my installation?

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?
Check with your state authority to see if you are allowed to unplug your Ignition Interlock before doing so.
Can someone else drive my car?
Yes, but whoever is driving the vehicle MUST take a breath test and pass before driving. Any failed test will still be your responsibility.
