  Ordered a pair of shoes online and picked up in store. Glad I opened up the package to try them on before going home as they were clearly used. Was given a full refund but wasted my time ordering, driving out there, and then having to go through the return process. The shoes were unfortunately sold out in my size as they were on clearance, so I couldn't order another pair. They had similar shoes from the same company that were also on clearance, but they wouldn't price match. Pretty disappointed with the whole situation.

  Still love this place. Great service and they have everything sporting goods. My brother and I loved to fish and had a boat for many years. We could spend hours here. He was also a big tall guy and could find nice clothes that fit him. This was my first visit back since his sudden death from a stroke in February. Great memories here.

  Ron at customer service just made our day! I accidentally ordered the wrong fishing pole and he helped us get it all sorted out! His customer service was excellent, he’s very sweet and so willing to help! Keep him around, he keeps us coming back!

  I always need something to be a better fisherman and Wal-Mart doesn't always cut it. So when I know I'm gonna be near a Bass Pro Shop I make sure the wife knows we're gonna be making a Pitt Stop. My last couple of fishing poles I bought there. Great selection of gear. Always a great place to visit. ♥️😄🎣

  As someone completely new to archery, walking into Bass Pro Shops in Olathe could have been pretty overwhelming—but thanks to Ian and Gary, it turned into an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help. I had a lot of questions and very little knowledge, but Ian and Gary took the time to walk me through everything step by step. Right off the bat, they noticed that I had actually purchased the wrong bow and quickly remedied the situation, explaining that I needed a right-handed bow rather than a left-handed one. They took the time to make sure I understood the differences and helped get me set up with the correct equipment. Their expertise was obvious, but what really stood out was how approachable and helpful they were throughout the entire process. Because of their guidance, I left feeling confident about my purchase and excited to get started with archery. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend the Bass Pro Shops in Olathe—especially if you’re new to archery. Ian and Gary are true experts of the trade, and thanks to them, I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer.
