    Tried to exchange a sweater that had shrunk after one wash. Had email receipt but was told they could do nothing because tags not on it and it had been worn

    This new store is amazing! Went in today and WOW Amy is talented! She totally created the best basic wardrobe for me and now I can build on it! She just gets it! Clothes are fabulous and I will so go back :-)
