  Second time in this location and will not be back. First time the, I believe manager, was incredibly rude. I had multiple jeans to return as I live over an hour away, so I order online and return when we come up to the city to eat or visit family. She was awful. Today, I returned 6 pairs as it seems no two pairs can fit the same and I ordered different sizes because of this. Smiled at the girl from last time when I walked in, I got a nasty glare and nothing else. I got the other girl working once it was my turn at the register. I told her I had a big return and explained how I shop. Silence. I got my order numbers out. She said maybe two words to me. I told her I couldn’t see the numbers too well and turned my phone around so she could type them in, she just stood there so I got my glasses out, which on the app you are not able to zoom in on, so I still couldn’t make the numbers out super well but I managed. I said thank you, she said nothing. I then said I will not ever be back. No welcome in, no how can I help you once inside or next in line. Went next door to shop at The Buckle and told them my experience and they all said that I was not the first to have said all of this. Sad, I really love AE, but these women should be gone.

  The worker was very rude when I asked a simple question. He rolled his eyes as I walked away and had a very rude tone. Made me never want to go back!

  Lyla was incredible—she helped me find amazing jeans and styled a complete outfit for me. Highly recommend!
