- EBEmeline BenderJun 24, 20251.0The manager was very rude when I went in to try to understand the return policies. She walked up and was like no you can’t return it so rudely and walked away. I had read a return policy online that stated I could return the swimwear so I wanted to confirm in store. I was not wanting a return, just exchange a size. The cashiers are young and nice, but this manager was not very polite. There are better ways to go about explaining something to a customer. Hope they are nicer to other customers. Sad because I loved this store and have bought many items but I don’t think I’ll be returning. :(
