  Came in to exchange an unworn/unused item for a different size. The flimsy tag had fallen off my item when I tried on. The small T piece of the plastic tag that holds it on the item had half pop off and it was very obvious the tags had not been cut. The company refuses returns of any items with tags removed. This is disappointing and feels very scammy. Too many other places to shop than to waste money here where staff are rude and policies are scams.

  They refuse to exchange a brand new pair of $50 pants because the tag fell off when my daughter tried on. We had the tag with us and receipt and had purchased 2 weeks before and the person at the counter was incredibly rude. I tried to speak with the store manager and she was even worse to deal with. Scam alert with this company!

  This is my second visit to this location, and good luck even being acknowledged you are in the store, no hi welcome in, nothing. I passed at least 4 associates and not one of them said hi or can they assist. I get some people prefer not to be helped but at least extend a welcome that YOU are available if needed. The associates only speak to each other. Once I got to the register that was the most interaction I had with an employee. I did give 2 stars because the store was extremely organized and neat. But friendliness has a lot left to be desired. If i didn’t need some relaxed clothing for a flight i need to catch i would have left. But i will stick with online ordering
