- CLchris lynchMar 25, 20251.0Install was quick and prompt but the quality of the device is lacking. The device was faulty and got me stuck 1hr away from home and spent over an hour on phone with tech support only to be told just keep trying and it might work. And not to drive it if it started again(no brainer). Told they would get a replacement as quick as possible mean while I’m suppose to just wait. Did I mention I’m paying for this service but gonna have to miss work because QC is lacking.

After my device was removed they charged me again and took every bit of money they could from my bank account. I will be contacting an attorney and filing a lawsuit for a hell of a lot more than they illegally took from me. Customer service is laughably bad, they love to hang up on you for no reason. If you work for this company I genuinely wish nothing but the worst for you
