The first time was easy…but the second time my husband was stopped at the door to take his bag with the items in. He assumed they were doing him a favor by holding. By the time he returned with the clean shirt to exchange they had rummaged through the bag looking at receipt and everything. He was looked at like he had stolen the shirt. They tried to say he had already returned the shirt although he had previously bought two of same shirts in different sizes. It took approximately 30 minutes just to exchange 1 shirt and multiple questions trying to prove he had purchased this previously. We won’t do business again here if this is how you treat paying customers for something that could’ve been easily handled especially since the shirt was stained anyway.
