- MDMariano Duarte2 days ago2.0I’ve been to this store plenty of times, I recently went and compared to the other times I’ve gone the staff seems like they don’t want to help. The store has no versatility and it’s all repetitive. I also tried to make a return and they only wanted to give me store credit. Although I do love Hugo Boss this location isn’t the best.

The employees working there are kinda off putting. They don’t see like they truly want to help and they just look at each other as if “who is gonna help this person”. Really awkward.

You can really tell the quality difference when walking into other stores afterwards lol The blonde kid figured out the details that i needed to be able to get a tshirt, from a different store, they didn’t have in stock. Was sent a link via email to pay on and got sent the item via mail from that store directly. Love having that option, as tshirts just seem to fly out the door & bigger stores always have a bigger inventory
