  I went to the location at the Legends in search of jeans for my daughter. I walked in and saw two employees talking to each other and another person, while folding jeans (not sure if the other person was an employee). Neither employee greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, so I searched for the item on my own. I know they saw me walking the door because they looked at me and continued folding jeans and engaging in their conversation. At no point during my five minutes in the store was I acknowledged by them. Keep in mind, I had to pass the employees twice in order to look for sizes...still no acknowledgement. I ended up placing an order online and going to the store at Oak Park Mall to pick up what I needed. I refuse to spend my money in a store where an employee can’t take two seconds to say hello or ask if I need assistance. Very disappointed in the customer service.

  Went in yesterday on a Thursday so they weren't very busy. I specifically wanted to go a day they weren't busy because I needed to get a few pair of jeans that actually fit comfortable. The young lady working the fitting rooms was very rude, like it was a bother to try on jeans. Of course I tried on quite a few pair, roughly 6. She even made a sarcastic comment & rolled her eyes sayin "have to make sure they fit" because she was bothered she had to put the jeans back that didnt fit. If u dont like ur job, get a new one. I wont come back, she made it weird to even be there.
