  Terrible experience at this location. There are standard customer service expectations that are simply not offered here, unprofessional for an official Rolex retailer. No one should waste their time walking into here.

  Straight up was told that they only sell to locals. Horrible horrible horrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I have never experienced anything like this.

  Lovely store with a friendly staff. They were very close to helping me convince my wife she needed a new Nomos! Hopefully next time I can get her over the line :)
