    Went into JcPenny's 11/22 in Seymour. Purchased a couple of items, the cashier was rude, never smiled, no greeting, just asked Cash or Card, threw the flyer in the bag, I said have a happy Thanksgiving, no smile, no comment back, no thank you for shopping at Penny's or come back and see us, just a big hateful scowl on her face. This is why alot of people do not shop at this store. I will not go back!!! I will shop online or find another Penny's. Maybe be careful of who you hire. This woman does NOT belong in customer service. I should have left the items there and walked the hell out.
