  Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and helpfulness at this store. I always come to this location when I'm in Indiana. I came to this location with my toddlers, bought my items and walked out. As I was leaving, I realized I didn't have my phone. I went back to the store to look for it with no luck. I asked one of the cashiers if anyone had turned a phone and she said "no". I asked if she can use the store phone she had right next to the register to call my phone to see if it rang somewhere in the store and maybe someone hears it and picks it up. She stepped aside and talked to who I'm assuming was the manager and and came back and said "sorry my manager said we can't use store phones to make personal calls" I told her how I wasn't asking to use the phone myself I was simply asking if SHE can call my number. I explain to her that im not from the area and needed my phone for the GPS to find my way back home and she insisted on not being able to help me. She said the only thing I can do is give her my number and if anyone found my phone she would call me and let me know which makes no sense how would she call me if I dont have my phone! So I told her I can leave my husband's number which still didn't help my case what was my husband going to do if he isnt in Indiana. How is he supposed to tell me they found my phone if I don't have my phone. I ended up leaving the store and going to all the other stores in that plaza that I had been to. I went to Whole Foods, Marshall's and DSW. They were ALL able to call my phone to see if it rang in their stores. In the end it ended up being at DSW. The wonderful sales associate without hesitation called my phone (from the store phone) she told the rest of her peers through her earpiece to look out for a ringing phone and one of the employees there found it by the kids shoes! I really dont understand why it was so hard for the lady in the cash register and the manger to do the same given that I clearly told them I wasnt from that area and desperately needed it to get home with my two little ones. Very disappointed that they aren't willing to help their customers.

  Are the employees here ok? 3 different employees: different days- when I’m checking out they don’t even smile or speak a single word to me. I noticed them ignoring a customer asking for help too by the perfumes. I hope you guys are not abusing your employees. They all seem sad and miserable. A Hispanic young girl with short curly hair didn’t even tell me my total she pointed to the screen. Made me laugh actually. I waited and seen if it was just me, no, customer after customer… I’d rather just drive to orland it’s depressing in there. I hope everything’s ok. Extremely weird vibe there something’s wrong! The reviews about customer service are clearly fake. There was even a couple in the parking lot talking about it
