Paying full price for EXPRESSS online clothing NOT factory with cheaper fabric. I expected more from this brand. Time to cancel ALL my business with this company. Including my Express credit card.

I've never bought a suit before and she made the process amazing she personally picked items to fit me and make sure I was ok during the process. I never expected to find such a caring person during such a trying time I cannot thank her enough for her help

I had the receipt and all but was told I couldn’t return it because the plastic part of the tagging was clear and they “only have black”. She accused me if retagging the shirt myself to return. I most definitely did not. Beyond rude and disrespectful.
