Can't use Express coupons in Express Outlets but you can use your rewards and Express charge card, also can use other major credit card etc. Somethings are a % off, but not all items have % off. I'm disappointed that on items that are full price I can't use Express coupons. Chico's Outlet store across the street has 25% off sticker prices and sometimes 40% several times a year. That to me is what a outlet store should do. I can get better prices at the mall Express when on sale or with coupons. Hopefully corporate will change policy.
