Sarah went above and beyond for me. She found me an affordable Ruby that I can have and hold (Ruby is my Grandma's favorite as well as her birthstone). And she pulled every item that I had saved to my phone. AND she put a rush on the repairs so I could have it all before I left to go back home to New Mexico after the funeral. I can definitely understand why Grandma has been taking me here for over 30 years. And I feel so lucky to have been able to take my best friends to experience it too. We laughed, we cried. We felt Grandma there with us. To the Owner of Albert's: Your staff and store are the best of the best. I feel so lucky to have been Grandmothered into such a family friendly place. Thank you for being our family's Jeweler for over the past 30 years. Here's to the next generation! 💜
