Every 6 months I take all my items and every time they have to keep at least 1 or more pieces for repair and it takes at least 4 weeks. I ask why it wasn't found last time, and they claim it happened in the last 6 months. I don't work construction. I just don't seem to understand how is it jewelry that I haven't even worn in the last 6 months all the sudden has an issue that didn't have 6 months ago. I just feel like all my jewelry spends more time in the shopping at alberts than it does me wearing it. And the 4 week thing come on there's no way you can't do these repairs in a few days. Spend 10 to $12000 on a ring and I have to give it up 2 months out of the year.

When the thought came to mind I wanted to work with someone that was an expert so that this time my wife could have a ring that could possibly scratch the surface of how much I appreciated her. Nancy helped us choose the right stone and setting and made sure the dimensions would work. She was patient with us even though we came in on a very very busy day. My wife was able to create the perfect ring and is very happy with it. Thanks Nancy for your professionalism, patience and expertise.

I was encouraged to stop by Albert’s to help get it back together. The internet told me it should cost about $10. Turns out, they charged me $40!!! She said I was lucky because they usually charge $50 just to use their device which was used for about 15 seconds. When I questioned this amount they said they were only charging me for the very small ring needed to reconnect the bracelet. I would not shop here again! They didn’t even bat an eye about overcharging me for a service that in all took about 15 minutes!
