- MBM Brown2 days ago2.0I spend a lot of money at lane Bryant, mostly online but when making a return, I was profiled by the manager and accused of returning items more than once just because she didn't look at my entire receipt. I didn't even try anything on. I did look around at everything to see if I wanted anything that matched what I already had in my closet, but I couldn't find anything that I liked and I literally looked at everything in the store so I'm not sure. Well she was profiling me but it definitely felt like it based on what she was saying to me. The other lady working there was amazing. Very nice and very sweet and that's why I gave this location two stars

Likely due to being an early shopper at the time of opening, the store seemed oddly overstaffed. After I explained ideas of what was needed for a teenagers gift it was Olivia who seemed to hear the specifics. With her help I was successful in leaving with items I'm sure a 17 yr old will enjoy. She has a great ability to be helpful and not simply pull things off the rack.
