  UPDATE: So I decided to return to the store today to give it another go. What a mistake. I was actually followed out by loss prevention and accused of having jeans in my purse. When he found no jeans in my purse, he accused me of WEARING stolen jeans. I demanded to watch video of me entering the store to shut this guy down and he then apologized. I spoke at length with the manager and let me tell you, I am calling corporate. They need to just shut this location down. I have been a long time Nordstrom Rack customer. Wish I could give a good review for this location, but sadly, not the case. I was in the store on 12/2/2024 in the late afternoon, around 4 PM. I was confused about promotion differences from one store to the other. I had just visited the 82nd street store prior and was given a different promotion on red tagged clothing. The manager who came up front and addressed my concerns was less than friendly and far from professional. She was condescending, rude, and not the least bit friendly. She then invited me to return to the other location, and promptly stomped away from our conversation, not allowing me to finish. She was unable to answer direct questions about the company and how they operate promotions from store to store but certainly told me in no uncertain terms I was not welcome in this store. I am a business owner and could not imagine treating one of my clients like this. Do better Nordstrom.

  Stopped in with my grandson to check it out. Selection was very limited and while the staff was very nice the store was a mess except for the checkout area. Reminded me of TJ Maxx. I was not impressed.
