The clerks are all standing there on their phones and the line is not moving. Ridiculous time to wait for people purchasing one or two items each

Literally said "which pair would you like inserted to receive the color and weather protection completed right here in this machine next to me, it's basically scotch guard". I told her which pair and then was surprised to see a $10 fee added to my bill. Yes, shame on me for not asking but the way she phrased it, really was deceiving. When I saw my bill, I said, oh I didn't realize that was an additional fee and she completely ignored me. Just a heads up Incase they ask.
