I had never received a big bouquet before, and was not sure how long they were meant to last. When that bouquet began to die, I reached out to Powell and inquired about this. I did not ask for a replacement or anything, but they sent me a new bouquet anyway! They absolutely did not have to do this, but they did anyway and that means a lot to me. I've attached a photo of the second bouquet to show how pretty!

They were amazing and gave me an arrangement with 13 white roses and 2 white carnations, baby breath and greenage, wrapped with a bow....FOR THE SAME PRICE!!! Me and my family have used them for yrs, they are very professional and AWESOME!! THANK YOU
