I had never received a big bouquet before, and was not sure how long they were meant to last. When that bouquet began to die, I reached out to Powell and inquired about this. I did not ask for a replacement or anything, but they sent me a new bouquet anyway! They absolutely did not have to do this, but they did anyway and that means a lot to me. I've attached a photo of the second bouquet to show how pretty!
