  Products are always a 10. Giving this store location at 2. 3 girls in the front talking to each other behind the cash register, clearly saw us as there was no one else in line. We waited for 5-10 minutes before another worker ON THE FLOOR asked if they could help us. (Basically telling them to actually do their job). Also asked for a bag, cashier said they were out but they were all behind her. You can’t work in retail if you can’t fake being nice. I hate mean girl energy- you definitely brought that today. As a mother who spends quite a bit of money on my girls and myself in this store I expect a little better from who is working behind the counter. Hopefully they are just seasonal workers, your ladies on the floor do not reflect the three gossip queens behind the counter.

  My daughter went in here to get me a pair of leggings for Christmas. Not one person acknowledged my daughter or asked if she needed help. Was was given dirty looks and ignored. She is plus size and just wanted to buy me something special for losing a lot of weight. Just because someone is plus size or not what you believe is a worthy customer doesn't mean you treat someone like they aren't there. I will never shop at this store or brand. She walked out feeling bad and I can only imagine how many other people they have made feel like this.

  We have had great experiences here. The girls that help at the fitting rooms are so sweet. We have had multiple lovely employees help us, and one in particular is Kaylee. She always helps my family. She is so friendly, sweet, and super helpful. Thank you!

  I'm sharing a 2-part review. For the store and for the brand. The store: I typically shop online because i loathe going into crowded malls and stores. But. Sometimes you have to see a product in person. I had such a wonderful experience in this store that I won't dread doing future in-store shopping. Jami, the store manager was very knowledgeable about the products. She was attentive through the process. Some people might see that as "pushy salesperson". But, i appreciated the time and attention she gave me. And never came off as pushy. There was actually a size i needed that they didnt have available, and she was able to order it for me. Definitely, a 10/10 for customer service. She was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and well-organized. Even the sale rack was organized well. In many other stores that usually isnt the case, and you have to dig for correct sizes and can't ever find what you're looking for. The brand: At one time, i was opposed to an expensive label, just for the label. I wasn't really one to rep a particular brand, just wanted a product that suits my needs. I actually thought it was just yoga clothes. Then, I discovered how amazing their leggings were when I bought my first pair at a resale shop. I am a very active person, in the gym, outdoors, even around the house. I got so tired of buying cheap gear that didnt last, and needing to replace after just several months. Lululemon makes quality products. And if you care for it properly, it will last. I love how buttery soft the fabric is, yet stretchy enough to move with you in the gym. I love how well it holds up without losing shape, and even retains quality. Their clothing is versatile and multifunctional. You can dress it up or dress it down. You can wear it to the gym, hiking, comfy lounging around the house, and it's cute enough to wear out and about, or even to work. They often run great sales, with leggings as low as $49. I've gone from having no interest, because it IS a label, to loving the brand because it isnt just a label. It's actually high quality clothing made to last many years. At this point, i either need to invest in stock or find a way to make a living as a brand rep because it can be an addiction. I've finally found a brand that combines style, comfort, AND function that makes the price tag worth it. To the negative remarks: if you want cheap prices, expect cheap material that doesn't hold value. You get what you pay for.
