  I am an aerie person through and through. I’ve only ever shopped there since I can remember and I just had a really horrible experience trying to find a bra. The sales team had absolutely no idea any bras that criss crossed they were no help making me feel stupid that they didn’t carry barely any A cup ended up, leaving in tears and walking over to Victoria’s Secret where I was able to find two bras with a sales worker help just felt very un inclusive and judged.

  Staff is very rude. Must be a criteria to work there. I feel like only a specific type of people get greeted or help when needed. Never once have i ever been greeted when I walk in. They just look at me & go about their business. But if Karen were to follow behind me, they're ready to bend over backwards for them. When I ask for a room, its like Im bothering them. Whenever I checkout, always a silent treatment throughout the whole transaction. Ordered online for pickup twice before, both cancelled because its “not in stock” yet I go in that exact same day to find what Im looking for with PLENTY in stock. I don’t feel welcome or like Im wanted there. Gave them one last chance & yet, once again, I felt unwelcome the entire time I was in there. Will only be ordering online & shipped to home Or outlet & American Eagle. At least they know how to say hello or ask if you need help.

  I've ordered items from here for some time now for my daughter and even myself. I've also visited their stores over the past few years and like their selections. My past 3 orders have been delivered to the wrong address - THREE times , over 10 months... I was told to contact the carrier and follow up with them. I'm the customer, not the carrier. I paid for items to be sent, and they were not delivered. I had one kind neighbor who found a package and returned it, the other 2 - no idea. I call or use the chat - I may as well be speaking to a robot - I never receive any useful information. I'm also amazed that I'm being told to have items delivered elsewhere - as an option from customer service! While Aerie may have some nicer items (some), the customer service LACKS a GREAT deal.

  Staff is friendly, the store is clean and there is always something my wife wants (lose a few stars for this?). I thing they need to have a nicer lounge for the guys. A little bar and video games or movies would be nice while we wait for hours as the female folk try on all the items in the store.
