  I absolutely hate leaving this low of a review from a first visit to a store but the experience was highly annoying. Yesterday, I mafe the purchase online, as it states it's "in stock", the website lets me add the item to my cart, confirm, and purchase. My money is taken and all this while saying it's available. The money comes out of my account, I go there later and it's already been sold. The man behind the counter was nice and willing to help but also couldn't help me. Couldn't even reorder the same item even though it's still listed on the website... It's even on there at a slightly reduced price than when I went to make the purchase. To top it off I still don't have my money back either and haven't heard anything about it. I'd gladly change the review but, from what I've seen already, it doesn't seem as though I'll receive any help

  First visit to the store since they opened and it was fantastic! Clean, well maintained, excellent staff that were very responsive and proactive. They carry good product lines and prices were actually very good. They had Columbia jackets and fleece as well as North Face jackets 50% off today. Even full priced items were better than online. And they price matched some exercise equipment. They don't price match sale prices as far as I know and I'm not sure if they price match online prices; this was a price at a local store that was cheaper that they matched. In any case I was very happy with my experience and would definitely highly recommend and we'll be shopping there again.

  Two months ago I purchased a firearm for my husband here and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Today, however, I came in to purchase a firearm for myself and was treated completely differently. The manager, Pam, was condescending and spoke to me in a way that felt dismissive and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism regardless of who I’m shopping for. I left without making a purchase and chose to spend my money elsewhere. I won’t be returning, which is unfortunate considering how positive my first experience was.
