    My mom and I went shopping here the other day and the customer service was terrible. My mom was trying to gift her friend a wallet and needed a gift box, but the cashier( a man with glasses) was not listening to what my mom was saying. My mom said could I please get a gift box, but the cashier kept saying we have a policy of giving 1 bag per person and my mom told him we don’t need the bag we just want a gift box and he kept on yelling at us saying it’s a company policy. Even if it was an extra bag, I can’t see why there needs to be a big argument over it.

    The staff were absolutely incredible with helping me during my shopping experience. I worked with two people that helped me place an online order, and I was very impressed with their willingness to assist me during this confusing process!! I will definitely be shopping around again, and I appreciate all of the kindness the team showed me!!
