  Today I visited your store located at 02345 Lighthouse Place Outlet, Michigan City, Indiana, as I usually do. I have always been a loyal customer because I consider your brand to be modern, with reasonable prices and good quality clothing. However, on 12/30/2025, I was treated in an unacceptable manner. The customer service I received did not reflect the values your brand represents. The attitude and behavior I experienced made me feel disrespected as a customer, which was very disappointing considering my continued support of your store. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the customer experience in the future.

  Fitting rooms were locked and unattended; difficult to find an employee out on the floor to assist, had to wait in checkout line over 5 mins (one customer ahead of me) just to ask to use a fitting room...never mind how crazy inaccurate the sizing is.
