  If I could give a 0 I would. There was two very rude workers! They gave us the biggest side eyes and we’re being sarcastic “ is this $10?” Asked my mom, than the worker had the audacity to say “ no 🙄 it is” than they started laughing. And said later talk?? Like girl if ur going to be rude say it too our faces…. Two grown woman btw.” Also said debit or credit?” Like if we don’t have cash?? Then gave me a side eye 😒 like girl do u have anything better to do??? Than to work here..

  I was visiting from out of town and specifically stopped at this Windsor location because Google showed it opened at 10 AM. I waited nearly an hour outside and the store still hadn’t opened. No staff, no signage explaining the delay — nothing. I ended up leaving and shopping at other stores in the area, all of which were open and ready for business. Windsor was the only store that couldn’t get it together. Really disappointing when you’re on a schedule and plan around posted hours. If your hours have changed, please update them — it’s a simple courtesy to your customers.

  Almost everything is final sale, it's a dress, a lot of time, you are seeing it better at home, but you can not return it in this store. If you order something from Windsor online, expect will look a lot different than on the picture. In one word, disappointment!

  The dresses are very nice, but the cashier/ possible manager is terrible, rude, unprofessional and needs to be let go/ fired.
