- HHHaleySep 14, 20251.0Went yesterday and the manager was rude. She asked why I was there. I politely said to look around. She said in a very condescending tone that people who come into American Eagle have a reason. She made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be in there. I was browsing dim wit. Now I will never go again. Do better.
- C2Charlie 2016Sep 5, 20251.0I bought a pair of jeans from them while I was in a hurry and didn’t realize I bought straight instead of slim. Went to return them 3 days later and they told me their return policy has changed and they no longer accept returns unless all tags are on the jeans. This has never been the policy in the past. I asked and they informed me that the return policy was changed in 12/2024, then asked if I’d like to DONATE the jeans I just spent $50 3 days prior for a $10 credit towards another pair. I’ve been a huge fan of American Eagle jeans for a long time and they always get my business, but I’m no longer a customer. I’d rather spend $150 on a pair from State and Liberty, and still have the ability to return them with or without tags. If you like American Eagle jeans, go check out State and Liberty. They’re almost the same except much higher quality and are great if you have an athletic build.

I asked one of them for help, and her attitude was terrible. One of them looked like she'd just gotten out of bed. They don't look for options, they're not friendly, they're not attentive to customers!
