Make it make sense. But yet you can return online purchases on their website that are damaged. Sounds like she’s confused and kinda uneducated. Will not return and manager needs lessons on customer service
- AMAlong the MapOct 13, 20254.0Windsor is a great choice for homecoming dresses, offering good selection & fair prices. Just note: lines for dressing rooms are long as homecoming and prom approaches, and finding a staff member to help access high-hung dresses can be a struggle (more garment hooks would help so that customers could help themselves!). Also totally understandable- dresses are final sale, I'm not sure if this is policy on all of their clothing, but this has been the case with all of our purchases.
- RBRayven BellMay 30, 20194.0Crowded for prom shopping. Huge variety of dresses. Items way too crammed on racks making it difficult to actually shop. Store itself is arranged oddly and you can get backed into a corner. This might have been due to the big prom selection though. I don't know what the store looks like other times of the year. The head cashier/manager was absolutely awesome, knew her job well, and provided superior service.
