- JNJames NuzziMar 25, 20265.0I went in to fix my mother’s ring that I found. Ashley was there to help. The ring was broken, I wanted to keep the gold bands around the onyx stone. She helped me find several bands. My intent was to keep it simple like the one my mother had. Ashley found one that fit the mold. Fast Forward, I went to pick it up and the jeweler and Ashley had a surprise for me. They collaborated and modified the band to look exactly like the one my mother had. I was not expecting it at all. It took everything I had not to cry…..Thank you Ashley.

I had some issues with my address and FedEx would not update the correct address, wouldn’t tell me when they were delivering and at one point they lost my package. Shane Co, customer service stepped in and assisted me. They even updated my address while in route, somehow got a hold of FedEx and they were able to deliver my package. The customer service representative called back and updated me the day I called and the next day. Excellent customer service. They put the customer first. I highly recommend them. Also the rings are the styles I liked and they are so pretty! I’ve had lots of compliments on the rings!!
