  Just purchased a Tudor. I want to take the time to acknowledge Joon and Aaron for their amazing patience and commitment to help me find the right watch. It’s been a process for me to find the right watch for my wedding day, this Friday. They were patient and supportive, and helped me land the right piece! Nadia is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping you find exactly what you’re looking for. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the entire process exciting and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. She has helped me get multiple dream timepieces. Highly recommend asking for Nadia, she’s simply the best!

  Awesome experience!! I just purchased my first luxury watch and I could not have had a more positive experience. Matt S. gave me his undivided attention and answered all my questions. I really cannot recommend this place enough for any watch enthusiast. I walked in with a $50 dollar watch on, no judgements, no objections, I was even complimented on it. I'm definitely a lifelong customer. Do yourself a favor and call ahead a few days before and set an appointment. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. P.S. even if you cant afford one, try on a Rolex!!

I especially love working with Joon—she always goes above and beyond to help me find my next piece. She takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and makes the whole process enjoyable and effortless. I’ve also had great experiences working with Kathleen. She has always made sure my needs are met and is just as attentive and kind. What really stands out to me is how welcoming the store feels. There’s never any pressure to buy, and the atmosphere is so warm and genuine that I always feel right at home. It’s truly a pleasure to shop here, and I look forward to every visit.
