  I liked it a little thriftier than going to regular Nordstrom I wish the size was on the top of the hangers makes it a little easier to find a size

  Imagine them asking you for your email and phone number to earn points at Nordstrom Rack only to find out the 500+ dollars you spent at Nordstrom Rack doesn't give you points. Only shopping at Nordstrom gives you points. So why sign me up at Nordstrom Rack? I'm not shopping at Nordstrom smh. Returning everything and shopping at Macy's where points Rack up 👎🏽

  sizing was a mess and it’s very difficult to find clothing when it’s as crammed in as they had it. the first employee we encountered at the fitting room was super helpful and very nice and when i went back to the return rack because my boyfriend changed his mind and decided he did want an item the next lady told me i couldn’t take it and was overall extremely unpleasant. part of why i love nordstrom rack is the points so imagine my surprise when i find out that you can no longer earn/use points at rack locations. you have to get their horrible credit card in order to get any rewards and let me just say that i would never recommend signing up for a store card no matter how great it might seem. you lose most of the perks of the card without the ability to earn points anyway. overall extremely disappointed in Nordstrom companies money grabbing and quality of store/merchandise. the woman working the register was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience of not being able to use my points. you should probably get new bags that don’t say “rack up points” if that’s a false advertisement. bottom line is that this company appears to care way more about their full line customers than their rack customers and it absolutely shows!
