  Horrible. Lack of customer service. Rude manager. I tried to return a damaged dress within the 14 day timeframe and they won’t return because it’s damaged. Make it make sense. But yet you can return online purchases on their website that are damaged. Sounds like she’s confused and kinda uneducated. Will not return and manager needs lessons on customer service

  Windsor is a great choice for homecoming dresses, offering good selection & fair prices. Just note: lines for dressing rooms are long as homecoming and prom approaches, and finding a staff member to help access high-hung dresses can be a struggle (more garment hooks would help so that customers could help themselves!). Also totally understandable- dresses are final sale, I'm not sure if this is policy on all of their clothing, but this has been the case with all of our purchases.

  August 26th cashier was extremely rude to me. She also tried to deny me of getting a refund for whatever reason. She also let other customers go before me. I had to go get security because she literally was causing a scene. Will not be returning.

  Emmakait was extremely helpful and professional helping me pick out a dress for a very special evening. I recommend coming to Windsor for not just the large selection they have, but the staff as well!

  The staff at this Windsor was so amazing!! All of them were so helpful and I was able to find exactly what I needed!!
