I went to return a pair of shoes, and although the receipt clearly stated a 60-day return policy, the staff insisted it was only 30 days and refused the return. The manager, Isaiah, and the supervisor, Jayden, were both very rude and dismissive. Their attitude made the whole situation even worse. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be shopping here again.
