- VSVal SNov 7, 20251.0Just went in today to buy a phone and the guy (very nice!) had told us we could go talk to someone about getting my uncles Apple phone case replaced that he just bought a month ago along with a new iPhone too - my uncle had accidentally dropped his phone and with one drop one end corner of the phone case broke… one month!!! bad quality at least for his case… it was okay that apparently he couldn’t get that replaced - we were fine with that which was told by us from a guy up in the front where u go to check in for appts and he was rude/mocking which He tried to cover that with his “friendliness” which is needed for customer service of course but failed as I was not born yesterday lol… point is why be rude when we asked a question? And then he said well the person who told You that is wrong - wasn’t said in a very professional way which I was surprised 🥲 but oh well… we did talk to another person who was very kind and brought his manager to clarify our question about the case and apologized for the lack of professionalism in the context of confusion about the case guarantee. I normally don’t see such interactions like this one is centered on my race as I’m a person of color and but after that interaction it made me think if it was and or if that person was just rude over a question 🫠🫠
