- FFFreshSep 24, 20251.0Bought the Ray ban metas in September of 24 for my birthday in June of 25 stop working . Not to mention this is probably my 12 pair I have bought from this location. This location tells me I have to go online to file warranty claim. They are not honoring my warranty claim. The girl Alex sent me online to do the warranty. When I went in the store she did not even remember selling me the sunglasses acted if I did not buy them there. Clearly you sold them to me. Now, Ray-Ban and Luxottica are no help. Go online and read the warranty lawsuit against Luxottica. Read the reddit post. Sunglasshut, Rayban, and Luxottica are all colluding. Stop buying from them . Get the sku on the side and then go to walmart.com and type in the sku. You will then find your $400 dollar glasses for.$148. I told you sunglass hut if you do not honor my warranty hell will come shitty customer service gets shitty response.

They assured me if I was not 100% satisfied that I could return at any Sunglass Hut or Oakley Vault without any questions asked as long as there was no damage to the lens or if it was a custom order. The sunglasses were tried a couple of times and blocked peripheral view while driving and too bulky. Not comfortable. I did keep the other pair which I liked. I called sunglass hut in advance to be sure they would do the return. (I had to drive an hour) She stated she could do the return as long as it was within 30 days, in original package, had the order number, and proof of purchase, and no damage and not customized or prescription. I stated I wore them and they did not meet my expectations. She said there shouldn’t be an issue. I drove an hour to go do the return, and she opened the box. Immediately she said you could tell they had been worn and couldn’t be returned. (I’ll supply picture) I asked to speak to Oakley directly on the phone and to discuss why an authorized reseller of Oakley couldn’t send them back / return to Oakley. Also, why she didn’t ask over the phone if they had been worn instead of wasting my time driving out here. She said “that’s now how this works”. I went back to my car and called Oakley directly. Told them what the deal was and what was said here. They sent me a return label without any question and no charge to me. Save your time. You want Oakley… deal with them directly or go to Oakley Vault. I’ve bought there in the past and had nothing but success there.
