This location tells me I have to go online to file warranty claim. They are not honoring my warranty claim. The girl Alex sent me online to do the warranty. When I went in the store she did not even remember selling me the sunglasses acted if I did not buy them there. Clearly you sold them to me. Now, Ray-Ban and Luxottica are no help. Go online and read the warranty lawsuit against Luxottica. Read the reddit post. Sunglasshut, Rayban, and Luxottica are all colluding. Stop buying from them . Get the sku on the side and then go to walmart.com and type in the sku. You will then find your $400 dollar glasses for.$148. I told you sunglass hut if you do not honor my warranty hell will come shitty customer service gets shitty response.
