I patiently waited 5 days for "processing" before contacting customer service. Only to be informed that my order was being shipped instead. The supervisor/team leadI spoke with was extremely rude, unprofessional and she canceled my order, even though I told her multiple times I still wanted the item. She lied stating that it was at my request, then later changed the reason for her canceling my order to because I was gifting it. So apparently when you buy a gun from Sportsman, it can never be put in anyone else's name, that's if a supervisor doesn't cancel your order
