  My husband and I used to be able to stop in for a quick look, had great experiences with staff and used to be very prompt. Their processes have changed apparently to “checking in” and waiting to be worked with which ended up being a 35 minute process to get sized as the person who was set to work with me was also working with 2-3 other people. I wasn’t offered to try on any items I had mentioned liking nor did I feel like my experience there was mine. My husband would have loved to see the other band I wanted him to purchase but by the time it was my turn I was annoyed with the process and ready to leave. Sad that over the years they’ve changed to this and we do not feel like we get an experience anymore when in.

  Yesterday my mom and I were helped by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! She was so wonderful, kind, understanding and funny! She really made our experience enjoyable and lifted up our spirits. I will definitely ask for her going forward!
