  My experience with Nadia at Reis-Nichols was nothing short of outstanding. I was nervous about picking the right engagement ring, but Nadia took amazing care of me. She tracked down multiple diamonds, had them brought into the store, and walked me through each one so I knew I was making the right decision. That level of service and reassurance is rare, and I appreciated it more than I can say. The custom ring we ended up creating came out AMAZING—beautiful, detailed, and exactly what I hoped for. Nadia made the whole process smooth, exciting, and memorable. I can’t recommend her or Reis-Nichols enough.

  From the very first time we walked into Reis-Nichols, we immediately felt so welcome! We were greeted warmly, offered a beverage, and introduced to Nadia, who quickly became our go-to person throughout the entire process. When we started looking for an engagement ring, we honestly had no idea what we wanted. Nadia patiently walked us through all the different styles and options, and we got to try on so many gorgeous rings. I loved that Reis-Nichols has a wide selection of complete rings (not just loose stones on bands), which made it so much easier to see what I truly liked. Even though I fell in love with a few rings that day, we decided to visit one other jeweler just to compare and the difference was night and day. The professionalism, knowledge, selection, and most importantly Nadia’s kindness made it clear that Reis-Nichols was where we wanted to be. Nadia spent so much time helping my husband design the most stunning engagement ring. After our engagement, we were thrilled to return and pick out our wedding bands with her as well. Working with Nadia made the entire experience easy, fun, and unforgettable. We always looked forward to seeing her and can’t thank her enough for helping us create pieces that mean so much to us.   Always a 10/10 experience! Reis Nichols is my go-to. From jewelry to watches, I can always count on a top tier experience. Matt recently assisted me in selecting and purchasing my first Rolex.   Incredible service. Kathleen was helping us and she is so pleasant and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and pleasant for us. They served us champagne while we chose the rings and cleaned my engagement ring while i was browsing. From start to finish, a great experience all around. Very happy we chose to come here.

  Reis Nichols looks great on the surface, but unless you’ve already spent a lot of money there or agree to buy things you don’t actually want, you’re not getting a Rolex. There’s no real transparency about waitlists or availability — everything feels vague and closed off. It’s pretty clear that allocations go to the biggest spenders, not genuine customers who actually care about the brand. Save yourself the dignity and buy secondary. You’ll end up spending more there on high margin jewelry or watches you don’t want in the end.
