  I worked with Cheri at Reis-Nichols to select a new stone for a ring I love. She guided me through several possibilities and we talked about many options. I did not ever feel hurried or manipulated. I asked her opinion... she gave me honest feedback. I'm very pleased with the stone we selected. Cheri was a pleasure to work with.

  I’ve always had such a wonderful experience with Reiss Nichols Jewelry. The entire team is incredibly thoughtful and caring, and they consistently make me feel valued every time I visit. I especially love working with Joon—she always goes above and beyond to help me find my next piece. She takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and makes the whole process enjoyable and effortless. I’ve also had great experiences working with Kathleen. She has always made sure my needs are met and is just as attentive and kind. What really stands out to me is how welcoming the store feels. There’s never any pressure to buy, and the atmosphere is so warm and genuine that I always feel right at home. It’s truly a pleasure to shop here, and I look forward to every visit.

  Love their great personalized service and of course their great selection of awesome watches. Went in ready to buy but not certain of fit, spent a lot of time with Maggie- very patient, knowledgeable and great to work with. Clearly a “Silk tie” experience- they and Maggie do a great job at making all feel welcome and I never felt less than well taken care of and very respected. Thank you Maggie- love my new watch!!

The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and truly first-class, which makes every visit enjoyable. I’ve worked with Brice for several years and have purchased several pieces through him during that time. He consistently provides an excellent experience. Brice has a deep knowledge of watches, but what I appreciate most is the time he takes to understand his clients. He knows my personal style and keeps that in mind whenever he helps me look at something new. There’s never any pressure, just thoughtful guidance and a genuine desire to help you find the right piece. That kind of service and relationship is rare today. If you’re visiting Reis-Nichols, I highly recommend working with Brice.

  When I took my platinum engagement ring in to be resized (that was made by another jewelry store), the merchant was dismissive since my main stone was moissanite. She initially said that it was CZ and corrected herself, and they would not help with the resizing. Months later, I ended up getting my ring reset elsewhere in rose gold. For some reason I returned to shop for a wedding band, and I really wanted to do a white gold band with the rose gold. The merchant that day was also very dismissive of my wanting to mix metals and said that doing that is very 80s, and he would only show me bands that matched my engagement ring metal. I went across the street to Diamonds direct for resizing and to shop for a wedding band to make a mixed metal set with zero issues or judgement.
