Oma Knits Textile was born in February of 2023 as an indie hand dyed yarn company. The enjoyment of creating colorful yarns, and its success, led to the opening of a brick & mortar shop in July of 2023.
Oma is still hand dyeing yarns and playing with colors and natural fibers.

The cozy atmosphere and the variety of items available, from needle felting needles to unique soap for projects, made my visit so enjoyable. I'm definitely planning to come back for their open knit night! There’s so much to choose from, and I can’t wait to recommend it to my friends in the area. I just wish they had some yarns that I haven’t been able to find in other local and big box stores!
