When I come to this location, I make it clear that I will buy them online but want to try them on. You would think at this point they would ignore me and move on to better sales but they are always understanding and more than willing to take the time to help me look at many different products. They are very knowledgeable about what is in the store and are also actually knowledgeable about what is on SI. When I need to have service on a pair of sunglasses, they treat me as if I bought from their store and take care of me the same. The staff here should be commended for their top notch service.
