  Y'all, run. I used this company because they are the only company my wedding venue works with for tents. They are so disorganized. They mixed me up in other email chains and kept changing parts of my order. I kept having to call and explain that I was not sure who they added to my order, but I did not know them. There were two separate occasions where this happened. Cheryl was also incredibly rude on our wedding day. I spoke with her on the phone and she was very short and snappy. I had worked with Cheryl the entire time and she was always slow to respond and incredibly rude if you called her. I kept it positive and polite the entire time because my venue wouldn’t allow another company, but I think this just empowered her to be snappy and condescending at each moment. When I paid, she didn’t know how to use her own system and couldn’t bill it right. I ended up having to be her “test subject” several times because she was going to try something to see if it worked (using my credit card as the test subject). I would not use them again even if it meant no tent for wedding day. Definitely avoid if you can!
