These are flowers I intended to get for my late wife by the way and informed her of that. She sounded VERY condescending and extremely DISRESPECTFUL when I asked if I could only spend within my budget for flowers. I still have her funeral to pay for and not to mention I am a single father taking care of our three daughters now. I just wanted a small arrangement to put on her side of the bed. She also told me multiple times to "speak up" and "speak with better english." English is not my first and native language because I am from Honduras and translating everything through Google Translate. I could tell she was a hard racist after she asked me if there was anyone around that was white to speak for me over the phone. Is this McNamara's standard at how they treat and speak to customers who have recently lost a loved one? This company needs to do better at how they treat their customers! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Please do not do business with this company because they will tell you you do not have enough money to spend with them. EVEN IF IT IS FOR YOUR DEAD WIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
