- BRBecca RomeroDec 29, 20241.0POOR customer service. I noticed the store immediately because it wasn’t here before! Was so excited to check it out. Absolutely no other customers were inside. We walked in at about 2:30pm on 12/29- crickets. The lady working was at the back counter on her phone with absolutely no care that we were in the store. We gave it a minute thinking she didn’t notice us but she knew we were there. She got off of it after 3 minutes in no rush whatsoever. I thought she’d say hi and come over to help us but no.. she stayed back behind the counter, stood there and just LOOKED at us and said nothing. Wow… you’d think with it being a new store that the employees would be exceptional and all. I really wanted to buy a bag but this was such a turn-off. We were like yeah, no. Customer service is everything. Management; check on your people. Won’t be shopping here.
