Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

In person retail experiences nowadays are variable, you never know what to expect, and I just needed to take care of an exchange. However, my experience with Mariah was overwhelmingly positive. She was incredibly personable, patient, and genuinely customer-friendly from the moment she greeted me. Mariah made the exchange process easy and stress-free, and her pleasant attitude truly stood out. Thanks to her, she helped restore my faith in good customer service. Mariah is absolutely the reason I’ll visit this store again.

SO MANY workers walked past the both of us and didnt ask once if we needed help. We stood at the main section by the checkout for the purse because all the handbags and belt bags were on display, yet i couldn’t find the item. my mother had to find someone to help and that’s crazy considering that the workers with red belt bags were just standing around doing nothing. i feel like as customers if we need to ask, we ask but also the employees should lend out a hand to help a customer find an item. the purse ended being hung up in an odd section with the fitness wear and as i finally spot it, another woman had her hands on it, so i was out of time. i was so enraged, i left and as i was leaving a woman then asks, “do you need any help?” i DID. customer service needs to be better at lululemon.

The mirror game in changing room was phenomenal (or not if you’re having a bad day). Just one thing, & that is Sunny ( or Sonny). He recommended me a wing place that wasn’t even a wing place, it was a hobby store for birds. Wild birds unlimited was where he recommended I eat, & has pretty good wings. What a jokester. Best part, the other staff said “ make sure you mention Sunny in the review when they are not the best wings.” Well, here I am. I hope all have a good laugh lululemon staff. Here I am, in a hot tub, wingless… Sammy was cool too.
