  I came here yesterday for some gift, and the lady who helped me shopping was so bossy the whole time. We asked to buy a wallet and the store did not have it at the time, then we saw another one has really similar look. We asked her if they are the same or not, she just got angry at us for no reason, and just like ‘that one is 100 more expensive’ and just walk away. I was about to get it but with all of her attitude to us, we better not to pay for the bad service like that and walked away after only 5 minutes shopping. She did not recommend or show us any product at all, neither hospitality.

  My husband surprised me for my birthday at The Louis Vuitton store! It was MAGICAL! He planned everything with our client advisor Johnny! If you want to be treated like the most special client ever go shop with Johnny!

  Update: After waiting more than two months for word my bag was ready for pickup, this store rep told me it would be shipped to me on 12/8 & I should expect to receive it on 12/10. I texted on 12/13 asking for the tracking number as I hadn't received it & the only reply was "it is set to arrive on Monday" (no tracking number which I specifically requested). I see now the shipping label wasn't even created until the day I reached out for tracking information - four days after I was told it would ship. The unprofessionalism & lack of accountability at this store is astounding. ******************** I stopped in while in town to drop my oldest bag for a zipper pull replacement. I left the bag with the understanding it would be sent out for repair & returned to the store "promptly" to be mailed to me in a city I'd be visiting for an extended time. That was 10 WEEKS ago. I've called four times (the "local" number goes to a national call center; it's impossible to connect with anyone in-store via phone) - was first told my bag never left the store because the repair was to be made there; was then told my bag WAS sent out for repair & it could be four to six weeks before it was returned to the store; and was later told again it had never left the store. I was to have heard from a store associate within 48 hours as to the repair completion or lack thereof. 48 hours passed; no call. I placed another call & was "assured" I'd hear back from the very store associate I'd left the bag in the hands of within 24 hours. Again, no call. I just hung up from yet another call which ended in NO resolution (shocking, I know) - no contact with anyone in the store, no confirmation my bag has been repaired or is even in the store's possession any longer, and no indication if it will be available for pickup when I return to Indy for the holiday. I love my LV bags, but luxury service is NOT included when dealing with the Indianapolis Keystone store.
