  Made my first Louis purchase this past weekend … I was not looking to buy anything and honestly I was here from out of town for work and was just browsing . The folks here were beyond nice , patient , answered any questions I had and I appreciated them so much . I felt kinda underdressed for LV cause I was literally just going to lunch and walking around town but they treated me super well and the service was top notch . Next time I want LV I’ll come back to Indy

  I visited the store a few days ago and received excellent service from Vanessa and the store manager. Vanessa was very helpful in finding the items I wanted and even showed me how to tie a scarf on the bag handle. Overall, I was very impressed with the service at the store. 😄❤️🐶👍

  Absolutely disgusted with this location and the staff. The store manager, I think her name is Anne is rude and dismissive. I came to the store two times today. Once in the morning when I met the rude lady who made us stand outside the store until it was "our turn" and then when I came back later to make a return because of size I had to stand in line again and wait "our turn" while they had one DOOR SHUT!?! The walls looked bare and selection limited. If I even buy again I will buy online instead of visiting this store. Not worth the hassle and disrespect.

  Hola quería comunicarme con el manager de la tienda ,quería poner una queja sobre la atención del cliente, no es mi primera vez comprando en la tienda Louis Vuitton ,tuve una mala experiencia el día 13 febrero , si es que se basan a la vestimenta como uno va que desagradable y pésimo por parte de la tienda , bueno a lo que voy que la chica que me atiende me queda viendo y me dice que vas a llevar y de que si ya estaba lista al cual le respondí no estoy lista pero le dije me gustaría si me ayudas o que me recomiendas algo de malas se fue y pues yo ya estaba incómoda por el comportamiento de ella , y cuando ya elegí lo que quería y me dice vas a pagar cash , me quedé como whats y dije si pago cash hay algún problema, y le dije a ella me repites lo que dijisteis y me dice pagaras cash y le dije no pagaré con tarjeta , y le saqué mi tarjeta American Express , al cual cuando la saqué se asusta y me dice tú tienes esa tarjeta , y le contesté y le dije si por qué la pregunta y viene me dice muy linda ,no me pidió mis datos no me preguntó si era mi primera vez no se toma la amabilidad de preguntar, deberían de tener en cuenta de que si uno va no es a pedir voy es a comprar . La trata de cómo vas vestido tiene que ver con la tienda Luis Vuitton .   Everyone at this location is so nice. Johnny is my advisor. I went in looking for a new bag and he explained the history on Petit Noe which was pretty cool and since they didn’t have that particular bag he showed me purses that were similar so I can see the size. This is my second item I’ve purchased with Johnny. The whole staff makes you feel welcomed.
