  Wanted to add another bottle to my personal collection of LV fragrances (a little happy birthday gift to myself). I was torn between two different bottles and wanted to be sure they would wear nicely on my skin. So after I finally got the attention of an associate, I asked for a sample of two different bottles. First he said they were running low on samples, which is all well and good but, then he said I could only have samples if I buy a bottle (duh, that’s why I’m here). Then he said I could only try one sample. Yikes. Just told him never mind and left. LV fragrances are absolutely divine but will be happy to go out of my way to travel to other, better LV stores in order to avoid this one.

  Horrible experience every time we shop there. Never greeted, never ask if we need help. We always have to ask someone for help and then they act like we’re a burden. We were told by an employee not to spray the perfume on you because they fill it with vinegar in case it were to get stolen. We were in the store today looking to buy another couple of bottles to add to the collection. We smelled two of them that were new to us. One bottle was pink and one was a light yellow, these were supposed to be the same bottle. So after not being talked to we sought out an associate, which acted like we interrupted his gossip session with the other employees. His response to us asking about the perfume was “they happen to change colors”. They also didn’t smell the same. We asked for a sample of two bottles so we could try it on because the inconsistency of the bottles. He said only if we’re going to buy a bottle. Then it changed to we have very few samples then it changed to ok but I can only give one. At that point we were over it and decided to leave. It sucks to say but this place is absolutely horrible.

  Retail worker(young Caucasian male with glasses) was pretty judgey, sized me up when I walked in and asked “what do you need”. Wouldn’t refill my 200ml until I said I was going to purchase an additional 200ml and then asked me why it needed to be refilled. Even then it took him about 15 minutes to grab a bottle and told me he was out of samples. I love my LV frags (12 bottles and counting) but I will be avoiding this store from now, stick to the Chicago and Edina stores. Much better service. I don’t believe this man represents the experience LV believes they give. I don’t leave reviews ever but this bothered me enough to leave one.
